Historic 2026 FWS Wage Increase Secured for Federal Employees

After extensive collective bargaining efforts, TVFEMTC has successfully negotiated a milestone wage increase that establishes a new standard for Federal Wage System employees in the region.

What Happened

The Council engaged in 14 rounds of negotiation to align local FWS rates with prevailing commercial shipyard standards.
