WHO WE ARE
The Tidewater Virginia Federal Employees Metal Trades Council (TVFEMTC), AFL-CIO, serves as the umbrella Metal Trades Council representing bargaining-unit employees across four key federal activities in the Tidewater Virginia region. We coordinate affiliated unions to protect the rights of federal workers, lead collective bargaining efforts for better agreements, and provide direct assistance with workplace issues, ensuring every member has a powerful voice at the table.
